𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆 ──────────﹒★﹒﹒─

The Equilibrium is the largest city in a world that was the result of a post biblical apocalypse. After humans destroyed earth by mining down its resources and destroying the environment, economy and everything that held the world together it fell into disarray and the 4 horsemen rode across the land. Earth was destroyed and the god that people used to worship, the God that humans used to worship decided to rebuild. The god deemed itself the news government adopting a name – The Government. The “earth” as it was known previously was destroyed and formed into a halo disk upon which heaven and hell stand, one below it and one above.

• The Above: The “perfect” society. Mostly populated by humans. Considered a Utopia. This is what heaven used to be, and also where most humans live
• The Below: The darker reflection of the Above. This is where crime festers and pretty much anything that would in some way ruin the image of the above gets sent to. This is where mafia is at large and copious amounts of crime

Equilibrium is further divided into sections. There are six main areas called districts, with each one being controlled by Mafia Heads.

• Districts: Arkadia, Valento, Xiu, Zhane, Nohpris, Lost Angeles

The Pyramid System of Importance

• 👁️ The Government: The being that created this system and controls it
• 🩸The 4 Horsemen: Remnants of the “Old world” and the 4 beings that communicate with the government face to face
• 🫀The Council: Members hand picked by the horsemen to judge the Mafia heads and their working ability in Equilibrium specifically
• 🗡️ Mafia Heads: Representatives that control districts, each district has their on mafia head
• 🥩 Executives: The position right under Mafia Heads. Picked by the heads to be their right hands. Usually a mafia head is allowed 2 executives (Except Eliceo who broke that rule and has 4)
• 💋 V’s: Three well known figures in the world each serving as sponsors for the mafia (Vermillion, Vitalis, Valentino)

In total there are 5 districts. All have a remanence of a culture back from the old world as well as the languages. Most distincts are around the size of a small country, with Lost Angeles being the largest one

Each district had a cultural inspiration from the general region of the countries listed
