本許諾はデジタルモデル「○○ちゃん」（以下、本著作物）の使用に関し、作者△△（以下、原作者）とそのモデルを使用するユーザー（以下、使用者）間の合意である。

1. 原作者は使用者に対し、以下の事項に関し、非排他的な許諾を付与するものとする。
   • 営利・非営利を問わず、本著作物の再配布を伴わない掲示。
     • VRChat等の仮想空間環境内での使用者のアバターとしての使用。
     • 本著作物を含む静止画及び映像作品の作成と公開。
   • 使用者による自己使用を目的とした本著作物の改変及び、その成果物の本許諾で許諾される範囲での掲示。
2. 本許諾で付与される許諾に関わらず、本著作物及びその改変物の使用に関し、原作者の明示的な許諾がない場合において、以下の事項に関しては禁止とする。
   • 法律に違反する行為を示唆、推奨、暗喩するような内容の掲示に使用すること。
   • 宗教的、政治的利用を行うこと。
   • 本著作物及びその改変物を第三者に対し有償・無償を問わず、配布、再販、サブライセンスすること。
   • 方式を問わず、第三者が本著作物及びその改変物を利用できるようにすること。
3. 使用者は本著作物やその改変物を使用するにあたり、可能な限り、原作者により使用許諾が付与されていることを明示することとする。ただし、その改変物が原作者の著作物であるとする表記、使用者と原作者との存在しない関係を誤認させる表記を行ってはならない。
4. 使用者は原作者による本著作物及びその改変物の使用に関する紹介や掲載を目的に、その画像や映像、陰影、表現を含むが限定されない本著作物の使用を表するものの使用を非排他的に許諾するものとする。使用者はその許諾を不当に制限しないものとする。
5. 使用者は本著作物及びその改変物の使用に関する全ての責任を負うものとし、原作者は、その使用より生じうる損害の一切の責任を負わないものとする。
6. 本著作物は現状のまま提供されるとし、原作者は使用者に対し、本著作物が特定の使用目的に適合することを保証しないものとする。

This agreement ("Agreement") by and between △△ ("Author") and its user ("User") regarding the ○○ ("Product") is an agreement between the Author and the User.

1. The Author provides the User the following non-exclusive license:
   • A commercial and non-commercial presentation of the Product that does not coincide a redistribution of the Product:
     • Use as an avatar of the User within a virtual environment, such as VRChat.
     • Production and distribution of still pictures and video presentations containing the Product.
   • Modifications of the Product for a use by the User, and a presentation of the resulting derivative of the Product as permitted under the Agreement.
2. Notwithstanding the uses granted under the Agreement, the following use of the Product is prohibited unless an express permission is granted by the Author:
   • Use of the Product in conjunction with a presentation that endorses, promote or imply illegal activities and contents.
   • Use of the Product in conjunction with religious, or political contents.
   • Paid or free distribution, resale, or sublicense of the Product and/or its derivatives.
   • Enabling third-party to use the Product and/or its derivatives regardless of the methods used.
3. Where practical, the User shall display and credit the Author, that the Product or its derivative is licensed by the Author. However, the User must not misrepresent that the derivative work is owned by the Author and/or imply non-existing relationship between the Author and the User.
4. The User grants the Author a non-exclusive, reasonable use of the assets including but not limited to images and videos, likeness and presentation of the User's use of the Product and/or its derivative for the purpose of introduction or publications. The User shall not place unreasonable restrictions for this grant of the Author's publicity.
5. The Author shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the User's use of the Product and/or its derivative.
6. The Product is provided AS-IS and without warranty of any kind by the Author, including but not limited to its fitness for a particular purpose.
