Given my infamously early wakeup time and disciplined schedule, a lot of people have been asking for my morning routine and the rationale behind it these past couple of years!
The Routine™️
🌅 AM
- 3:45am: wake up
- 4:30am: pre-workout
- 5:30am: move to desk
- 6:00am: lift
- 7:15am: work
- 7:45am: shower
- 8:30am: “breakfast”
- 8:45am: PM prep
🌆 PM
- 7:00pm: sunset
- 8:30pm: wind down
- 9:15pm: sleep
