Today, Stripe announced a fundraising at 97B valuation. To me, this company is the most impressive of the whole tech space right now, and likely the next Google.

One particular line caught my attention :

"In 2021, we processed more volume than the entire e-commerce market when we started Stripe" (the Collison Brothers)

This proves, once again, that growing the pie is so very important.

What does that mean for OSS ?

Today, the manufacturing software total adressable market sits at 90B total. Growing this would very likely be the one platform on which to be truly disruptive.

Much like Salesforce transformed the sales forever, most of the work can be disrupted also.

What about the industrial workers ? How could we disrupt that ?

Time to build.
