Botanica Forestique is a luxury contemporary pool villa development in an excellent location in the heart of Bangtao.
Botanica is one of the most successful and well-respected luxury villa brands on Phuket, with a strong reputation for thoughtful architecture and excellent build-quality. New project doesn’t stray from that reputation, evolving and further updating already excellent designs.
Forestique is the spiritual successor of the earlier (award-winning and quickly sold-out) Botanica Foresta. The project offers the same winning combination of spacious modern villas, healthy lifestyle, and natural beauty, except instead of a picturesque forest, it’s set on one of the most sought-after streets in Bangtao-Layan area. The developer managed to get their hands on an undeveloped plot on Khok Tanod road and now they are making the best of it.

Botanica Forestique is located in the center of Cherngtalay on Khok Tanot road. It’s close to the southern edge of Laguna Phuket, and within easy access of of Layan and Bangtao beaches (Naithon is just 15 minutes away as well).
With this project Botanica is coming home - Botanica’s first projects (Botanica Luxury Villas phases I-III) are located down the same road. Of course, since then this kind of prime plots have become few and far in between. With most of the new projects moving further away from the prime areas of Bang Tao, the luxury of staying next door to Laguna and short drive to Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue shopping and dining district is undisputed.
Khok Tanot road itself is a popular destination for high-end villas. It has a fair share of good restaurants (make sure to check out Project Artisan if you are in the area) and it’s well connected to the central Bangtao area.
