◾Day Off Types:

All CIL people have the following off days package:

🌴Personal Days (Vacation Time) - 25 days paid in full.

Please note that one part of your vacation time should be at least 14 days and cannot be divided.

If you have questions regarding how much days off you have, please, contact @Yuri Bokach.

The long part of your Vacation Time (14 days and more) should be booked at least 1 week before the start. E.g. you’re planning to have a vacation from the 23rd of April, so you should book it no later than 16th of April. Other days you can take without any requirements.

🤒 Sick Leave Day (without sick list) - 7 days paid in full + 5 days for thouse who have kid(s) under 12 years old.

😷 Sick Leave Day (with sick list) - paid according Belarusian legislation.

For employees located in other countries, the Vacation Policy regarding Sick Leave part will be finalized soon...

  1. Negotiate vacation time and duration with your manager.
  2. Book vacation time with the help of /pause via Slack no later than 1 week before vacation.
  3. Send email or message through Slack, telegram to all your communication channels if there is a necessity (if needed).
  4. Get your vacation payment two days before the vacation.

<aside> 😷 Sick leave

  1. Notify your manager that you take sick leave.
  2. Book sick with the help of /pause via Slack.
