Step 2: Review the portfolio activity rubric: Make sure your submission meets expectations across clarity, decision-making, XP behaviors, execution quality, and presentation (if video).

• Your video should include:
  • Who are you, and what brought you here?
  • What experiences shaped how you work or lead today?
  • What kind of XP do you want to become and why?
• Make a copy of the Athena Calibrate Portfolio Worksheet Module 1 and save it to your portfolio folder.
• Set sharing to: Anyone with the link can view
• Complete all tasks in the worksheet
