Pick a song, select a 10-second excerpt from it, and produce a full color animated music video for those ten seconds.

To install action, open the action panel by clicking Window > Actions. Select "load actions" from the context menu and find the .atn file.
Use "frame clearing" to delete the content of a frame and then move to the next frame. You can copy your lineart video group and clear the frames in it to prepare an empty video group for your fills. Start with the first frame, which will be the bottom layer in the layer panel.
Use "fills" once you have selected the areas to be filled with the magic wand. Hold shift to select multiple areas.
