• This person is now replying with their hurt emotions, not able to discuss the matter with a rational mind. (By accusing and judging on my life instead of having an open mind to a different opinion)
• Wei is triggered.

• There are bullies out there regardless of nation, race or gender - being bullied does not only happen in a country with multi-race. Why are we blaming the race? (when Wei said it is only because of your race, how do we prove it?)
• Bully will always have excuses to attack people, to treat people unfairly. It can be your race, your age, or the length of your eyelashes!
• Advantaged group also exists in a single race environment - richer, more powerful, more educated. Certain group of people owning more resources in life is common everywhere. Life is not equal in that sense. Again - why are we blaming it on race?

• Truth doesn't need to be examined, quantify or proven. That’s why it is called truth.

• What is academic peer review - raise a theory and back it up with references, quote, and stats.
• One peer review can say one thing, and the other review can have a completely different opinion. With the same amount of backing up. So I am not entirely sure what Wei is trying to prove with a single peer review, and thinking one peer review can prove she is right and standing on the side of truth is just ridiculous.
• Theory should be questioned non-stop. It is ok for someone to have different opinion.

• I am sorry to say Wei, you are judging people. And you know what are you doing? You are trying to play God, and you are not that. At least, not in this life 😊
• And again, what I am saying is not people won’t treat you unfairly because of your race. There are horrible people out there just want to bring other people down or make someone’s life miserable. And do you think bully needs you to be a certain race in order to bully you? I don’t think so. Today they can bully you because you are Asian, they can easily bully you because your are too short. Race is just one of the many excuses for them. And to be honest, I found people attacking other’s race unbelievably lack in creativity. There are all the other things to say, and your decided you are gonna pick the most obvious one - my skin color to elaborate? Poor thing!

• This shows again she is completely triggered, not able to concentrate on the discussion. ALL OVER THE PLACE! Emotions have taken over.

Wei came back to me after a few hours again

• First of all, you should really examine your life if this is what you do. You heard someone has a different idea, and you haunt them down? This is so sick.
• She brought up constitution now - Wei you are a mess, what you want to talk about? Really? Women’s right, constitution, peer review, my life, which one?

After this comment, I decided to make a podcast about the topic. Racism is a big topic, I would love share my thoughts with you, but often find myself lost in such a grand theme. Also I think it is interesting to see how we analysis a triggered comment like this. So I am actually very grateful for Wei to demonstrate it. I will pin the comment in this video so you guys can find it easily.

Two days later, Wei followed up with another reply since I didn’t respond. It is very clear to see that she is working with her emotions here. On top of that, she actually edited the comment, there was a whole second part delicate to attack me. She was saying that I studied a bad uni in Taiwan, and went to UK get a program to make my education look better. And then went on to be a sales that doesn’t require a master degree. She also watched the video I talked about my ex, she thinks why would anyone want to be with a shallow girl like me? Interestingly, she deleted that part after all, as she might also find herself being a bully really lol. However, can I blame it one race this time? I guess not! Since Wei and I are most likely considered Asian! Wei is not qualify as racist! Then how should we word it then? Is she discriminating me because I am tall? I guess that’s it! It must be! That’s why she is attacking me! Haunting me down on youtube just because I am 170cm! Oh my, probably need to write a dissertation about how tall people more likely to be bullied on youtube especially from Asian people!

I am only here sharing my experience, not to convince you. I don’t want you to agree with me, I am simply providing another angle to look at things. You can listen to it and observe in life, then decide for yourself if you agree or not. Then it will become your point of view, not anyone else.

Wei is triggered because fragile heart comment might hurt her ego, and deep down in her heart, she might know what I am saying is right. Otherwise, why would she get so upset just because someone else has a different opinion? YOU ARE TRIGGERED. Apparently, what I said really resonate with you, that’s why you keep coming back. If you don’t agree with what I think, you can just walk away. Why you want to prove to me you are RIGHT? You probably want to convince yourself more than me. Is it because in this case, you won’t need to look back at yourself and to see what went wrong? Why I am having such a great life and you are not? You can stay in your cave or you can have some courage to come out and see what it is like. It is really up to you.

About courage - it is never really about your race, even it looks like it is. It doesn't matter. Anger, Pride and then Courage.

• The courage to try in a uncomfortable situation - try to understand what went wrong, is there anything I can improve, and you will find out - it is never about your race. It is about your performance, your ability. Your skin colour is not that important.
