At FightPandemics, we believe in providing a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for co-creation. As a do-ocracy, we love autonomy and self-determination. One of the best qualities an ambassador can have is the intuition to jump in where needed. This includes attending meetings, recruiting/supporting new joiners, providing suggestions/feedback, or participating wholeheartedly in our collaborative processes. As a meritocracy, we believe that our actions speak louder than words; FP goes beyond titles and structures to provide an environment where our contributions speak for themselves.
