My coaching is a juicy alternative to all the mainstream ‘fitness’ and ‘wellness’ advice out there that makes you think that unless you do 5+ hard workouts a week, hours of cardio, restrict all carbs and joy from your food, and stop going out with your friends or enjoying your life, you’ll never be ‘fit’ or ‘healthy’.

All of that is BS that leaves you feeling more overwhelmed, more exhausted, more critical of yourself, and like no matter what you do, it’s never enough…

What I do is the complete opposite.

To me, the whole point of starting your fitness, health, and wellness journey is to feel AMAZING - in love with yourself and your lifestyle, at ease in your body, full of self-worth, joy, and fulfilment.

The best way to do that is by curating a juicy AF lifestyle, filled with things that energise you, open your heart, fulfil your soul, and relax your body.
