Each session is tailored to meet you where you are. Here's what you can expect:
Before we begin:
- Grounding check-in to create safety and presence
- Intention setting for your journey
- Overview of the breathwork technique and what may arise
During the session (90 minutes)
- Guided breathwork journey using conscious connected breathing
- Supportive presence throughout your experience
- Space held for whatever emotions, sensations, or insights emerge
After the session you’ll have:
- Rest and integration time
- Gentle reflection and sharing (if its feel comfortable to you)
- Personalized integration practices to take home
