The channels in Jikoo chat can help your customers contact you via Live chat in a fast and reliable way by using it in the active Flow Builders
Step 1: To start creating a channel, Log in to the Jikoo Web App and go to “Settings —> Channels —> Add Channel.
Step 2: This Modal has some fields where you can enter the Channel name, Chatbot name, and website. After that click on "submit"
