CEA’s Organizer Support Program (OSP) is a three-week mentorship program (though most organizers will likely receive semester-long mentorship) aimed at university EA group organizers to help them prepare for the start of the semester.

OSP provides guidance and resources for running an EA university group, including:

Application Process

<aside> 🎉 Applications for the next round of OSP and are now open!

• Each organizer who would like to participate in OSP will need to apply separately.
• The OSP application form is shared with that of the CEA University Group Organizer Retreat January 2024. We encourage you to apply for both!
• If you have already participated in UGAP, OSP, or have personally received an individual grant through Open Philanthropy's University Organizer Fellowship, filling out this form will only take about 20 minutes. Otherwise, plan to spend no longer than 2 hours (or less, if you’re not also applying to the retreat).
• We expect that OSP will unfortunately only have limited capacity but, encourage you to apply. We are working hard to increase the capacity of OSP! </aside>
