Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Work cross functionally and foster strong consultative relations with key stakeholders
- Lead the efforts in closing leadership mandates across business functions
- Ensures the team implements the Recruitment Plan as per the Annual Operating Plan
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, job portals, and professional networks), Internal Job Postings, Employee Referrals, Recruitment Database, Job fairs, Campus interviews etc and evaluating Function/Region Transfer options
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Create a pool of talent in pipeline by leveraging social media to attract passive candidates
- Ensures that the Job Requisition Forms are completed for all positions sourced – New/Replacements
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Liaison with the HR Operations/Administration/IT/Learning & Development Team to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Conduct competency based interviews either through VC/Telephone/In-Person interactions
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Lead Campus strategy (Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges).
- Tie-up with best Colleges offering BDS & MDS
