Vaibhav Chhabra is the co-founder of Maker’s Asylum and STEAM school in India. A mechanical engineer by profession but a carpenter by passion. Vaibhav graduated from Boston University and then spent two years of his career at EyeNetra, building eye diagnostic devices. He then moved to Mumbai and co-founded The Maker’s Asylum with Anool Mahidharia. Vaibhav is also an instructor at MIT REDX, MIT Media Lab’s health-tech lab in India. Among his humble brags is the love for making furniture, building machines, flying, diving and winning at ping pong.
