When I became a vegetarian in 2010, I quite literally started from the bottom and NOW I’M HERE! No lie — I was living in Paris eating canned peas and spaghetti for dinner and now I don’t even eat canned beans, I only make them from scratch. Talk about growth!
I want to empower you to get resourceful and create healthier alternatives for your favorite everyday meals. Clean eating is especially important for those of us living in the States and struggling with poor food quality so I truly hope that our time together (and the yummy results) make you feel more confident about nourishing yourself every day (or at least, most days).
To my euro-based homies, the class will be recorded if you can’t make it live. If you do decide to tackle these dishes on your own, I hope that you do so with your lover, friends or fam.
