Congruence Engine Bradford: Software development weekly meeting with Stamen

| 1 | Update on actions from last meeting -          NK provided update on progress re: other maps to incorporate into “change over time”. Other information on digital techniques and datasets for other stories to be provided after P1. Stamen confirmed acceptance of this. -          Stamen team to provide list of stories to be used and need data for beyond the current list. To supply within next two weeks. All other actions completed. | | --- | --- | | 2 | Data and stories progress report CC gave a review of changes to the Figma designs following last meeting. SMG team provided comments. Key discussion points were: -          Importance of showing linkage between data points within stories. Stamen to have a look at this in advance of delivering P1 prototype. -          Agreement to focus on 2 stories for P1 testing so that CC can address design comments on stories and map interface: Riley Brothers and Wool Exchange. -          How to make stories enticing to click on and what the call to action to do so is. Whether stories should occupy a larger area of the screen when they are activated. Stamen to look at both questions in advance of P1 delivery. -          How to make it clear that dots are different datasets on the map. -          P1 is going to concentrate on interactive experience, but Stamen is starting to think about projected viewing experience. ACTIONS: -          SMG team to provide user friendly text for the 2 chosen stories. | | 3 | Programme check-in Stamen team is on track to deliver P1 prototype on Friday 9th August. SMG audience researcher is scheduled to test on 17th, 18th and 19th August. Extended feedback meeting scheduled for Tuesday 27th August. | | 4 | Update on Prototype 1 user testing plan NW confirmed test hardware will be a Mac and touchscreen. AP confirm P1 will be delivered as a clickable Figma. ACTIONS: -          AP to confirm minimum browser requirements and whether the clickable Figma will be able to be tested using a touchscreen. | | 5 | AOB Time and date of P1 feedback meeting was agreed. |
