NPA's mentoring program connects new-to-NPA teachers with a current faculty member. This program provides leadership experience while building a stronger community within the faculty of NPA. The program carries benefits for the mentor and mentee and serves the NPA vision by tying compassion, joy, and problem solving into the habits of new NPA faculty and providing framework for current faculty to learn, lead, and grow!
