03: Setup Sensei LMS

<aside> 💡 One inconvenient part about the process currently, is that I have to activate it manually in order for the My Courses page to work properly. And in doing so, I have to use courses-overview instead of courses. Hopefully we can fix this in the future. Perhaps we can now by going to the wizard URL manually after it's activated automatically. [ ] Search replace images with svg
