We want to expand our core team with a Community Manager role, which is essential for Zero1Team. You'll be the heartbeat of the community for our top-tier clients. You'll not just manage but craft the vibe and narrative, set the stage, enhance activity, and build genuine relationships with the core of supporters. Apply if you have a track record of launching epic online communities, are fluent in English, and have web3 in your blood.

💠 Role responsibilities:

✔ Be a community owner – you make decisions in shaping and leading the community, fully responsible for its engagement and retention metrics

✔ Participate in the development of clients' community strategies and execute them to achieve KPIs

✔ Be able to set, maintain, and cultivate community across social media and community channels such as Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, Mirror and more

✔ Working hand in hand with copywriters and designers to deliver content plans that develop main community narratives, you should be able to write a content plan independently

✔ Work with client teams to design social campaigns in support of the key announcements, product milestones, or content drops

✔ Manage a team of moderators and technical administrators to promptly meet all queries from community members

✔ Continuously look for web3 acquisition, engagement, and loyalty technologies on the market and implement them in your work (e.g., Zealy, Galxe, Guild, Layer3, and much more); create and manage cross-platform reward programs; referral campaigns, etc.

✔ Keep community engagement metrics at excellent levels

✔ Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, community engagement, and growth strategies

💠 Requirements:

✔ 2-3 years experience in marketing & community management (crypto experience is essential)
