If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Signal is/are in force during the following time periods, or when an announcement is made by the Hong Kong Observatory that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is likely to be issued during the following time periods, Time Auction events will be cancelled as indicated:
