- Please turn off your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it. The idea here is to stop the T3-R from being able to connect to your Wi-Fi network, which is what is causing the problem.
- Turn your T3-R on
- Go to: Settings > Internet and disable Wi-Fi
- Plug back in your internet router. Your T3-R will no longer have any problems because we disabled the Wi-Fi.
- Reset your T3-R to factory default by going to: Settings > System > Factory Reset
- You'll be given the choice to keep or delete all your recordings, it's important to select the option to keep if you don't want to lose them.
- Whichever option you pick you'll lose your scheduled recordings and anything on your Watchlist and have to add them again.
