1. Please turn off your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it. The idea here is to stop the T3-R from being able to connect to your Wi-Fi network, which is what is causing the problem.
  2. Turn your T3-R on
  3. Go to: Settings > Internet and disable Wi-Fi
  4. Plug back in your internet router. Your T3-R will no longer have any problems because we disabled the Wi-Fi.
  5. Reset your T3-R to factory default by going to: Settings > System > Factory Reset

<aside> 💡 If the relative strengths of your Wi-Fi access points changes the issue could happen again so after following these steps we recommend updating to 2.02 by following the instructions here.
